Scheduling appointments are recommended to be done at least a week in advance (eight weeks for wedding parties) to ensure you receive your desired appointments. Of course, we will always do our best to accomodate your last minute needs. Please make sure to cancel any duplicate appointments.

Any spa, specialty, or large party services must be reserved with a credit card! Should you fail to cancel within the alotted time frame, we will charge the credit card 50% of the services.

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.

 Please try to be on time!

Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointments. If a problem does arise, please call and we will do everything possible to accomodate you. If this is your first visit, or you are having a chemical or spa service, please arrive ten minutes before your appointment time.
